Case Submission - FAQs
Common questions about submitting cases for investigation
We evaluate cases involving: unexplained environmental phenomena, documented audio anomalies (EVP), visual manifestations, measurement data indicating anomalies, and historical accounts of paranormal activity. We prioritize cases with documented evidence, multiple witness accounts, or location historical significance that suggests potential for systematic investigation.
Effective documentation includes: specific dates/times of incidents, detailed descriptions of conditions, visual evidence (photographs/videos with timestamps), audio recordings if available, measurement data (thermal readings, EMF readings), witness statements, and location details. The more comprehensive your documentation, the stronger your case for evaluation and potential investigation.
We evaluate submissions against our research criteria including location significance, documentation quality, accessibility, and research potential. We'll contact you within 2-3 weeks with our assessment. If your case meets our standards, we'll discuss the possibility of formal investigation. If not, we provide feedback on how to strengthen your documentation.
Partial anonymity is possible. We require contact information to respond to your submission, but your name can be withheld from published reports if you request it. Your privacy is protected—we never share personal information without explicit permission. Anonymous submissions without contact details cannot be evaluated or responded to.
Paranormal Frame currently focuses on investigations in India and Indian paranormal phenomena. We may consider exceptional cases from other locations or international collaborations. If you have a significant case outside India, submit it anyway—we'll evaluate it and provide feedback or refer you to appropriate researchers in your region.
Only with your permission. If we investigate your case, we'll discuss publication plans before any public release. You can request anonymity or complete confidentiality. Evidence remains your property—we simply analyze and document it according to our investigation standards. Your cooperation and documentation rights are always respected.
